You might notice that this list includes only 51 recipes, even though the year certainly contains 52 weeks. That’s to allow for some wiggle room: a recipe that I might have overlooked during my first pass through the book, the desire to add yet another garlic/onion-based dish to the list; or simply the desire to take a break one week. Consider #52 as the wild card week… I’ll let you know when I choose to use it.
